Nature Therapy

Available to book all year round

Do you want to re-connect with nature? To feel more grounded, mindful & to just slow down? If the answer is ‘yes’ then join qualified counsellor Emma and nature guide Eddie for a nature therapy walk in the beautiful woods and fields in the South Downs National Park, followed by refreshments. Walking & being in nature releases endorphins which in turn reduces depression, stress, grief and anxiety.

You will be guided in a small group on a comfortably paced walk with open discussion about both mindfulness and the nature around us. Fallow deer and birds of prey can often be spotted on the scenic route as well as an array of ancient trees.

Please be mindful that weather conditions can vary so be sure to check in advance or contact us for the latest forecast. Please dress suitably for the weather and wear comfortable walking shoes.

As an adult you are responsible for yourselves whilst walking outdoors.
